booking for your audio equipment to be repaired, or when you visit our workshop in
person to drop off or collect your equipment. In addition, we collect the Internet

address; password; computer and connection information. We may use software
tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times,
length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information and methods used to
browse away from the page.

We also collect and store personally identifiable information including name and
email address when you sign up to join our mailing list via our website. You are able
to unsubscribe from this list at any time and to request that your data is no longer
used for these purposes and deleted from our records.

Personal information you provide to us with should you make contact via our
website, where your name and email address are required, will only be used for the

Our company website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix provides us with the
online platform which allows us to promote and market our services to you. Your data
may be stored through Wix.com data storage and databases and the general
Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
With regards to payment for our services, these are currently managed through Bacs
payments made directly from your bank account to our bank account and Wix.com
direct payment gateways offered are not currently used for this purpose. The only
data of yours that we will store with regards to payment will be that included in
invoices sent to you, such as your name and address, work completed and the
amount required to be paid by you. Copies of invoices will be stored for the purposes
of our business records for the legally required period of 6 years from the end of the
last financial year that they relate to.

How do we communicate with our website visitors?

We may contact you to discuss or notify you on the outcome of initial assessments of
your audio equipment, to discuss and update you on progress with regards to
service and repairs agreed to be carried out, to request that you order required parts
to complete the service or repair work on your equipment, or to discuss potential
additional services that we can provide that you may wish to access with regard to
your equipment before this further work is carried out. We may also contact you to
enforce our agreement with you as a customer regarding the work we have agreed
to complete for you, to collect fees or monies owed, to access and request your
feedback on and reviews of services we have delivered for you, or to resolve a
dispute, to adhere to applicable national laws and any other agreement we may have
with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text
messages, and postal mail.
